Williams comes to VPI with over 20 years of international management and leadership experience in commercial and manufacturing environments. Most recently he served as global fulfillment supply chain leader at APW Limited, a $750 million networking and telecom contract manufacturer. In that role, Williams was responsible for over $200 million in expenditures, all global logistics and e-commerce activities, tier one supplier negotiations and support of customer relations for key accounts such as Sun Microsystems, Dell Computer, and NCR.

Previously, Williams served in many other key leadership roles at APW Limited and for his former employer Actuant. These jobs included vice president of Enerpac, a $65 million global leader in the industrial tool business, and general manager of Enerpac Automotive with specific P&L responsibilities for automotive sales and operations in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Jeremy, his wife, and three children reside in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
